In short: A corporate client in Singapore wanted trophies for a company milestone that looked like nothing in a catalogue. Trophy Mint designed and made them from scratch, and production took just two weeks.
The brief
A one-off design that reflects the client's own brand and product, made in metal and stone, with each piece engraved for a different recipient.
How we made it
1. Ideation. We turned the client's product into a trophy concept: a round metal disk with a perforated ring, set on a stone base. A front-and-side sketch set the proportions, and the client approved the idea before anything was made.

2. Dimensions. The sketch became a base 3D model with the size locked: a 12 cm disk on a 12 × 6 × 6 cm base, sized to sit on a desk and fit a gift box.

3. 3D modelling. Every detail was refined in CAD: wall thickness, the step between the rings, and each 1.4 mm hole in the perforated ring. A photorealistic render showed the client the finished look before production.

4. CNC machining. Each disk was machined from solid aluminium alloy, so every piece comes out identical.

5. Stone base. The bases were cut and polished from a natural stone slab, giving the trophy weight and a clean, architectural look.

6. Finishing. The disks were sand-textured and coated in a matte silver finish, then laser-engraved.

7. Engraving and gift box. A brushed metal plate on each base carries the recipient's name and the occasion. Every trophy is packed in a satin-lined gift box.

Two weeks of production
From approved 3D model to finished, engraved trophies took two weeks. That covered machining, stone cutting, finishing, engraving and packing, with a proof at every step, so the client knew exactly what they would get before it was made.
