Everything you need to know about ordering from Trophy Mint — from choosing the right trophy to delivery at your office, answered in plain language.
1. Before You Order
How do I choose the right trophy?
The fastest way: tell us the occasion (annual dinner, retirement, long-service, sales award, etc.), your budget per piece, and how many you need. We'll shortlist 3-5 options that fit. What's the price range?
Acrylic plaques start from SGD 50. K9 crystal trophies sit between SGD 50-250 depending on size. Premium Liu Li (琉璃) hand-cast glass awards range from SGD 150-600+ for large founder pieces. All prices include free engraving — no hidden setup fees.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. Single-piece orders are common for retirement gifts, founder farewells, and lifetime achievement awards. We do offer volume discounts starting at 10 pieces.
Can I customise the trophy itself or only the engraving?
Engraving is fully customisable on every piece (your logo, recipient name, award title, citation, year). The trophy shape itself can be custom-made for orders of 50+ pieces — talk to us about custom moulds and lead times.
Do you make trophies for non-corporate occasions?
Yes. We supply trophies for school championships, sports tournaments, club awards, and milestone celebrations. The same range applies.
2. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Two ways:
- Self-serve checkout on trophymint.com — pick your trophy, fill in engraving details, pay online. Best for single orders or simple text engraving.
- Custom quote — email [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 8996 3397. Best for bulk orders, complex logos, or if you want our team to recommend trophies. We reply within the same business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online checkout: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayNow. For corporate orders, we also accept bank transfer (PO-based) and can issue a tax invoice in advance.
Can I get a tax invoice / GST receipt?
Yes. Every order includes a downloadable tax invoice. For companies that need a PO-matched invoice or a specific format, just send us the requirements with your order and we'll match.
Can I cancel or change my order after I've paid?
Yes, before production starts. Production typically begins after you approve the design proof (usually within 24-48 hours of order). If you message us before approval, changes and cancellations are free. After production starts, changes may incur material costs — we'll quote you transparently before charging anything.
Do I need to pay upfront for bulk orders?
Standard terms: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% before dispatch. For long-standing corporate accounts we can arrange net-30 invoice terms — talk to us.
3. Design & Production
How long does production take?
- Acrylic plaques: 1-3 working days
- K9 crystal trophies: 3-7 working days
- Liu Li hand-cast pieces: 7-10 working days
All timelines start from your written design approval, not from order date. Express options available — see below.
Will I see the design before it goes into production?
Yes — always. Within 24 hours of order confirmation, our design team typesets your logo + engraving text on your chosen trophy and sends you a digital proof. You see exactly how the finished engraving will look before any laser fires. Two rounds of revisions are included free.
What logo file format should I send?
Best (in order of preference):
- Vector files: SVG, EPS, AI, PDF (vector)
- High-resolution PNG (300+ DPI, transparent background)
- JPG as last resort
If you only have a low-resolution image, our design team will redraw your logo as a clean vector at no charge. Just send what you have.
Can you handle multi-colour brand logos?
Yes — we offer UV colour printing on K9 crystal and acrylic, which reproduces any RGB or CMYK brand colour. Read the full breakdown in our trophy engraving methods guide.
Can I rush an order?
Yes — we run express service for confirmed-urgent orders:
- Acrylic same-day: order before 11am, ready by 6pm (SGD 30 surcharge per piece)
- K9 crystal 48-hour: completed within 2 business days from approval (SGD 50 surcharge per piece)
- Liu Li 5-day: 5 business days instead of 7-10 (SGD 80 surcharge per piece)

What if I'm not happy with the engraving?
If the engraving doesn't match the design proof you approved, we'll redo it free of charge. If you want to change a name spelling, logo, or text after delivery, we offer re-engraving at material cost (typically SGD 30-60 per piece depending on item).
4. Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across Singapore (Mon-Fri, business hours). We also ship internationally — Asia-Pacific destinations typically arrive 5-7 working days after dispatch. International shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How much is delivery in Singapore?
- Free delivery for orders SGD 200 and above
- Flat SGD 12 for orders below SGD 200
- SGD 25 surcharge for same-day or next-day delivery (subject to availability)
Can I pick up from your office?
We're an online-first business and don't run a walk-in storefront, but we can arrange pickup from 60 Paya Lebar Road, #11-22, Paya Lebar Square by appointment for confirmed orders. Message us 1 working day in advance.
How is the trophy packaged?
Every piece ships in a premium foam-fitted gift box included free. For corporate gifting, we also offer:
- Branded outer sleeves with your logo
- Pre-personalised gift cards inside each box
- Discreet bulk-shipment packing if you want to do the gift-presentation yourself
Can you deliver directly to recipients?
Yes — for orders of 5+ pieces, we can deliver each trophy to a different recipient address with a personalised note. Useful for distributed teams, work-from-home companies, and overseas recipients. Send us the address list with the order.
What about the engraving and packaging — do I see it before it ships?
Yes. Before dispatch, we photograph the finished engraving on every trophy and send you the image for final confirmation. No surprises on delivery day.
5. After Delivery
What if my trophy arrives damaged?
Message us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace damaged pieces at no charge (we cover both production and shipping). Trophy Mint guarantees safe delivery — damaged transit is on us.
Can I return a trophy?
Because every piece is custom-engraved, we don't accept returns on engraved items. If we made a mistake (wrong spelling, wrong logo, wrong design vs the approved proof), we re-do it free. Non-engraved pieces are returnable within 14 days in original packaging.
How do I care for the trophy?
For crystal and Liu Li pieces: a soft microfibre cloth, slightly damp with water, is sufficient. Avoid abrasive cleaners and ammonia-based glass sprays. Keep out of direct sunlight (UV affects pigments over years). For wooden bases, a light wax once every couple of years preserves the wood.
Can I re-engrave or repurpose an old trophy?
For most pieces, yes — we can sandblast over old engraving and re-engrave with new text, or replace the base with a fresh wooden block with new engraving. Pricing depends on the piece and condition — send us a photo for a quote.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee on all hand-finished pieces. If the engraving fades, the base loosens, or any manufacturing defect appears, we'll fix or replace at no charge.
