How it works

From order to delivered awards — five simple steps:

1. Select — Choose your awards from our collection
2. Pay — Complete secure checkout online
3. Form — We email you a simple form to upload your logo and share the engraving text for each award
4. Review — Our design team sends you a proof within 24 hours; align on any tweaks
5. Receive — Once you approve, we produce and ship your awards to you

Ordering & Pricing

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?

No minimum. We produce single awards as readily as 500-piece tournament runs.

How much does customisation cost?

Free for the basics: laser engraving with your name, date, or short message is included on every award. Custom logos, full-colour printing, or bespoke shapes carry a small surcharge — quoted upfront, no surprises.

Can I get a quote before ordering?

Yes. Three ways:

What payment methods do you accept?

Design & Customisation

How do I share my engraving details?

After you place your order, we email you a link to a simple online form. Fill in the engraving text for each award and upload your logo (once for all, or one per award). Our design team takes it from there.

What file format do you accept for logos?

Best: vector files — .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF
Acceptable: high-res images — .PNG or .JPG at 300 DPI or higher (1500 × 1500 px minimum)

If you only have a low-res file, share what you have and we'll take a look — often we can work with it.

Can I provide my own design?

Absolutely. Send us your concept in the customisation form and we'll compose it. Custom shapes and fully bespoke designs typically add 3-5 days to the timeline.

Will the engraving be exactly as I typed it?

Yes — we engrave exactly what you approve in the design proof. Please double-check spelling, capitalisation, and dates in the proof before approving.

What languages can you engrave?

English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Tamil, and most European Latin-script languages. For other scripts, send us a sample and we'll confirm feasibility.

Production

How long does it take?

Typically 1-2 weeks from your design proof approval to your awards being ready. Fully bespoke shapes may add a few extra days.

How will my award be packaged?

Every award ships in a fitted gift box with foam protection. Standard box colours are champagne or red. For corporate orders above 50 units, we offer custom-printed gift boxes.

Are the materials genuine crystal?

Yes — our crystal awards use optical-grade K9 crystal, not glass. K9 is the same material used by major international award brands. Our Liu Li (琉璃) awards are hand-crafted heritage art glass — each piece unique in colour and inclusions. Our wooden bases use solid hardwood, not veneer.

How do I clean and care for my award?

• Crystal & Liu Li: Wipe with a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Wooden plaques: Dust regularly. Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments.
• Metal awards: Polish occasionally with a metal-safe cloth.
