Trophy Mint is a trading name of Cataphract Group Pte Ltd (UEN 202624662W), a company registered in Singapore.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update product specifications, availability, and pricing at any time. Colours, dimensions, and finishes shown on the site are indicative; slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only when full payment has been received and we have sent an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Customisation and artwork

By submitting a logo, image, name list, or any other artwork for engraving or printing, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the material. Trophy Mint is not liable for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from customer-supplied content. Approved proofs are final; you are responsible for reviewing them before production begins.

Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Trophy Mint is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trophy Mint's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
